Loving living, we do every day, but we also have our share of heavy days, and some days feels like one long walk uphill. Our family have several times been struck by serious illness, which have brought fear and sadness. But we have overcome, and therefore we insist on making the most of every day.
We are both blessed with jobs full of meaning and the chance to make a difference for other people. In addition to that, we have good friends and colleagues, great hobbies, and wonderful kids.
Every month we can make ends meet and have a good time. We do not have a huge saving, because we invest in the present. That means carp gear, shoes, and a good time. But above all, we have the respect for one another, including our hobbies.
The ambition for this site is to create an explainer for non-anglers about the things carp anglers uses. My friends are shaking their heads, when they see the amount of gear "my darling companion" has gathered over the past three decades and especially the past seven - eight years.
I myself is not really a nature-person, but I do appriciate the beautiful moments you can experience by a lake, and some of those takes, we would love to share with our "audience".
